Condensed insights on innovation

Rated 5 out of 5
June 1, 2023

The course covers the important aspects of the innovation cycle and shares practical examples on how to implement them.

I liked how it is made in a condensed view to give me what I need to know rather quickly and to the point.

I completed this over 2 days during the festive holidays. What I loved:

On-demand (great accessibility!)

Condensed learning – this was faster than reading a book but equally great in delivered content….

About the instructor

Associate Professor at the School of Economic Sciences and Organizations

Pedro Marques Quinteiro

Pedro Marques-Quinteiro holds a master’s in human resources, work, and organizational psychology from the University of Lisbon, and a PhD in human resources management and development from ISCTE- Lisbon University Institute. He is an Associate Professor at the School of Economic Sciences and Organizations (ECEO, Universidade Lusófona). During the last decade, Pedro has worked with business companies, fire departments, polar programs, and expeditioners to enable human performance under extreme circumstances. Pedro’s research focus in the field of leadership and teamwork in extreme environments and small groups as complex adaptive systems. He is currently involved research projects supported by the Portuguese Polar Program, the Portuguese Space Agency, and the European Space Agency. In this context, he has already led two scientific expeditions to King George Island (Antarctica) and was the Medical & Safety Officer of CAMões’s Crew 0, the first Portuguese space analogue mission in history.
